Main Uses

This machine is primarily used in the production of plywood, Multi-Layer Boards, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), flooring substrates, decorative furniture boards, construction film-faced boards, container boards, melamine eco-boards, and fine wood boards, among other manufacturing enterprises. It is designed for the longitudinal splicing of rotary-cut core boards. By transforming the traditional manual board laying process, it achieves complete and automated plywood laying, significantly reducing the need for numerous core repair workers, improving product quality, and saving labor costs.

Working Principle

After rotary cutting and drying, boards of varying lengths, uneven thicknesses, and both regular and irregular shapes (commonly known as core boards) are processed through this machine in a fully automated operation. The complete process includes thickness detection, thickness sorting, void detection, edge trimming, glue application and splicing, precise cutting, and stacking and palletizing, resulting in large core boards of any specified size as required by the user.
